Change to
Red Card – RPL application process
As of
the 1st July 2008 EEIT Ltd was instructed by WorkSafe Victoria that
we were no longer able to accept & approve these applications,
as they were no longer recognising this Occupational Health &
Safety module.
Since
this date fortunately this has been disputed & the decision
overturned on 25th July 2008.
Under
the new agreement EEIT Ltd will continue to issue Red Cards for
those who have satisfactorily completed the Nationally Accredited
OHS Module, (NBB02) as part of either Certificate I
(Pre-apprenticeship) or Certificate III (Apprenticeship), before
30th June, 2008.
However
since the “Red Card” course is no longer in place this services now
has a fee of $25.00.
Please
download & complete the application form at the bottom of this
page & return it to EEIT with your official statement of
results & payment. Making sure you keep a copy of your
application & school results for your reference.
On
receipt of your application & payment a tax receipt will be
issued as confirmation of payment. The applicant will also be
posted a letter confirming that their application has been received
for processing. It is then suggested that a copy of this letter
& school results are carried on the job by the applicant till
the Red Card is received.
Red
Cards are ordered at the end of each calendar month & posted
out to the card holder in the middle of the following
month.
